2. Pay a deposit. Currently unavailable to pay online. Stop by the City Offices at 305 E Luverne St to pay by cash, check, credit or debit, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. You can also drop payment off in our drop box located on the west side of our building on McKenzie Street 24/7.
*Deposits are waived if:
- You are a current customer with excellent credit history for the last 12 months
- You sign up for automatic bank draft by completing that section of the utility application
- You are able to provide a letter of credit from your previous utility company within the last 30 days, showing on-time payments for the last 12 months. Fax to 507-449-5034 or email to info@cityofluverne.org.

- Apartments with Electric Heat: $272.00

Commercial Non 3-Phase:
- Electric Service: $241.00
- Water Service: $62.50
- Sewer Service: $62.25
3. Create your Online Utility Access Account - Click here! You will need your 11 digit utility account number and your last payment amount. If you have not made a utility payment yet, enter $0.00.
*Note - if you are a current customer and have already established a Utility Access account, you can simply add your new account number to your existing account.

UTILITY CHARGES ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS (4:30 PM) ON THE 8TH OF THE MONTH. If the 8th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is the next business day.
